KENNETH MORGAN NAMED PRESIDENT AND CEO OF CLEARSTEAD TRUST, LLC.

Portand, ME, July 1, 2024 – Kenneth Morgan has been named President and CEO of Clearstead Trust, LLC (“Clearstead Trust”), a Maine-chartered, non-depository Trust Company that offers trust and wealth management services to wealthy families, individuals, and related entities. Clearstead Trust is a wholly owned subsidiary of Clearstead Advisors, LLC, a Cleveland OH financial advisory firm with a total of $44 billion under advisement across all entities.  Clearstead Trust has ten employees and advises over $800 million for about 150 clients. Mr. Morgan will oversee client service, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives to drive growth. He also will continue as a Member of the Board of Directors of Clearstead Trust and work directly with several family clients.

Prior to being named President and Chief Executive, Mr. Morgan had served as Chief Operating Officer of Clearstead Trust. He also previously served as Head of Private Client Group Sales & Strategy at Clearstead Advisors, LLC and in executive positions with Hawthorn/PNC Private Bank in Cleveland OH and Wells Fargo Wealth Management in Greenwich, CT.  Mr. Morgan has a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Connecticut and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Haven.
