ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES

We handle all facets of administration including accountant coordination, account opening, money movement, attorney coordination, Trustee, Co-Trustee, Successor Trustee and Trust Advisory services.

As stated earlier, Clearstead Trust is a State of Maine chartered Trust Company, that has been granted powers that enable us to coordinate the investment, tax, and legal issues associated with trust instruments. For example, serving as corporate trustee or co-trustee, we are uniquely positioned to act over multiple generations – giving you the confidence that your assets will be managed and maintained according to your direction for years to come.  As Corporate Trustee or Successor Trustee, we have the authority to acquire or sell trust property, make loans to beneficiaries from a trust, or oversee real estate, a privately held business or enterprise held in trust.
